Shred Recycle Bin Using Avast Option is Missing in my Recycle Bin (after an Item is placed in it.
I wish I knew how I can insert a Picture of it to this Post, but where it says “Insert Image”
in the Tools section above the 16 Happy Faces when I Copy & Paste the Image in between the [img] ??? [img] Everything disappears & All I can see is just the Image itself.
Oh Now I see where to attach / insert Images are located.

I think you’re looking for it in the wrong place
Right Click on the Recycle Bin. It’s still there.

When I click and Or Right Click on the Recycle Bin bob3160, its still Missing.
Your pictures doesn’t seem to show the Recycle Bin I’m used to seeing.
How are were are you accessing it?
I’m sorry for really not understanding what the term Avast GUI means. Do you mean Guide?
Where is Avast GUI , How do i access it? Can it be reached in Avast Passwords, Avast Secureline VPN, Avast AntiTrack Premium, Avast Driver Updater or Avast Premium Security?
GUI = Graphical User Interface
You access it when you open Avast or, rightclick the Avast Icon in the system tray and select Open Avast User Interface
It isn’t an option in mine, but then again don’t you have to have the Avast Data Shredder installed (a paid product) ?
For me, it’s included in Omni. 
Well bob3160, I was actually opening the Recycle bin up & then Right Clicking inside the Already open Recycle Bin.

The 2nd. Pic Attached is how the Recycle Bin (if Empty) won’t show Shred Recycle Bin using Avast

It doesn’t work from outside (Right Click) the desktop Recycle Bin icon either, as my previous post shows.
I haven’t got Omni, nor do I have the Avast Data Shredder product. However I don’t know if “xairedale” has either.

Avast Omni uses Avast Premium Security for it’s AV protection.
So when I state Omni, the protection I’m using on my system is Premium Security.
I have no idea what version of Avast the user is using.
That is fine Bob, you have already said you can see it with Omni.
But we still don’t know what the OP has on their system, that is what I was pointing out.

Ran a File named Avast Support Tool & it came up with an Error Code # 12002. I Have a Problem with the Recycle Bin? It’s Not showing the Shred Recycle Bin with or using Avast. I tried using the advice in the Avast Community Forum, but that Suggestion to Repair Avast
Just to add David, I decided to check right click on my systems and didn’t have the Shredder context in my Recycle bin but also didn’t have the Data Shredder component installed, so today I added the component to my installation and still don’t have the shredder option listed when I right click my Recycle Bin ???
So I don’t know exactly why mine is different from Bob’s

However that’s the first thing I checked, and it was already checked by default, so issue still remains.
Edit: Well that’s very strange as I went back into UI and unchecked the option and rechecked it and now the Shredder context is showing. wierd 8)
Well, it works here. Did you try a reboot and/or a repair…!?
