I’m new here… so be nice. We’re currently in the process of migrating from SAV to Avast (trial mode at the moment on a handful of PC’s) but all of them are experiencing major delays when shutting down. This has only become an issue since installing BPP.
I believe the issue is with a particular executable which runs on all of our PC’s from a network share which is pc-client.exe (paper cut printer management software).
Is there any way I can confirm this is what is causing the issue in log files etc? Is there any way of excluding this file from all shields?
