Sign of "JS:Pdfka-OE[Expl]

Hello,
I checked my log viewer and under the warning area it saids
there is a sign of JS:Pdfka-OE on two different days on websites i never heard of.

Those are PDF exploits. Those websites are full of malware.

So should i scan if they got into my comp?
Or did avast stop them?

:frowning:
I have the same issue…everytime I go to EBAY, Avast indicates that I have JS.PDFKA-OE(expl) malware.
What the heck is this…and is AVAST going to stop this from being a continuing problem…or do I need to go to another Anti-virus program that address this problem malware?

Hi diet2001,

Read up about it here: http://boardreader.com/thread/Trojan_Viral_B_exe_Exploit_JS_Pdfka_pp_H_7rbrX2qli.html

Give the link into a multi virus scanner here: http://scanner.novirusthanks.org/#
Scan web address and see if only avast/GData flag it, then it also could be a FP,
