Forgive me please if this isn’t the right place to ask. This is my first post.
I have the Silent Mode on. Yet, when I am playing games, the screen locks up because something is running in the background. I check Task Manager to see what is moving, gain numbers. I find that Avast is increasing.
I clear history and such before I play online games, and I close the browser and open a new one. I rarely play a lot for a slow down to be happening. Recently playing Alchemy on games dot com, the slow down happened. I check Task Manager and there is Avast gaining from 500 something to over a thousand.
Is there another problem that is the slow down cause?
I’ve played the same games in the past without any problems on both IE8 and Mozilla.
