I don’t care if this has been posted before or not. I searched the forums and found no answer that solved my issue. I have only used Avast AT on my current phone. I have only ever had one sim card. Yet I cannot use AT because my “SIM card is unrecognized”. I have tried:

-Marking my phone as found, both through SMS and Online. No results

  • Removing and re-inserting the SIM card. No results.
  • Restarting my phone. No results.
  • Logging out of and back into my avast account. No results.
  • Checking that Avast has full permissions. No results.

How in the heck do I make Avast recognize my SIM? This is more complicated than it should be.

Any assistance in this would be greatly appreciated.

You can’t use AT as standalone tool anymore.
It has been withdrawn from the store and is now part of the paid version of AMS.

A new version 1.6.3(?) is about to be released.
You can (if you want of-course) already get the beta.
