sim changed - mobile untrusted sim

hello,

my operator (mvmo Virgin mobile) send me a new sim so i was forced to change it.
since I ve done that, each day I received an email with the location of the phone and on my avast account my phone is mark as “UNTRUSTED SIM”

how to solve that ?
