One of the items in this weeks addition has to do with business functions and may be worth your while to check out.

I do not use this but if you check their Sipport/Knowledgebase page, perhaps you can find the answer.

Bob3160 thank you for your reply.

Charleyo l was trying to avoid registering with simply account forum, l do not fancy how every websites wants one to register before asking simple question. but right now l have no choice but to register with them. Thanks for your reply.

For most forums they don’t require you to register just to browse or search the forums, only to post questions, etc. So you could try a search for input credit tax totals or something like that.

Well, I wasn’t suggesting you register. You can look around the Knowledgebase & FAQs for free. I did so quickly just be sure it was available to anyone. There are 368 pages of free information plus a Search box.

Thanks a lot for your help DavidR and Charleyo

You’re welcome, but more importantly did you find a resolution to the problem ?

DavidR, a friend of mine introduced me to a friend of his who helped me solve the problem, so everthing is okay now.

You are welcome, blue … glad to have helped in any small way.

And, I am happy you resolved your problem even if some other way.
