Since 13.7 Update: Shields info - Wi-Fi Inspector Error Status

Since the 13.7 update, under “Shields info”, a couple of minutes after startup the Wi-Fi Inspector status changes from “Enabled” to “Error”. If I disable/re-enable the shield, it again says “Enabled”, but a couple of minutes later it goes back to “Error”.

I got that too. Would love to hear why.

Could you send us also a support package? (Help/ Avast Technical Support / Generate support package )

We’re looking into this and having these support packages might help us to find the problem.

This continues to happen with 13.8.

This will be fixed in next release (13.9). There is actually no error, only the status is wrong.
