Site Blocked - Strange URL

So I have been getting this popup for months from my avast antivirus: https://prntscr.com/26pvgbk (screenshot1)

Today I did some searching, I found out that an extension on my browser inserts this html element on every website i visit: https://prntscr.com/26pvge9 (screenshot2)

You can see that the element’s attributes in screenshot2 are the same being sent in URL parameters in screenshot1

I tried (safely) visiting that website: https://prntscr.com/26pvgkw & https://prntscr.com//26pvik ,SUS

Please, could Avast give me more information about this, if this website/extension is taking any personal data?
Should I report this extension in microsoft store ?
