I have an option that automatically disables all browser add-ons. Will this affect the site blocker feature of Avast?

no it should not effect avast.
It is a browser add-on actually. =)
I believe it might be from google, I’ve had it for a while.
If it’s something like safebrowsing then the site blocker should not be affected but i would think that Webrep wouldn’t be loaded and the phishing filter would also not work as they are browser features.
