Agradecemos imenso o vosso tempo.
This Securi scan does report some issues - https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/vagamundos.pt
Also some issues reported here - https://en.internet.nl/site/vagamundos.pt/2114908/
These may or may not contribute to the Avast detection, as an Avast user I can’t say.
Thanks a lot for you help. Yes, the public Sucuri site shows the scan error but I have the premium account monitoring the site 24/7 and it shows no issues at all even at server side as you can see in the printscreen in attach. I´m also using Wordfence as firewall and all the scans show no warnings.
Honestly I believe it´s a false positive since, beside Avast, no more sites/software blacklisted our domain, including McAfee or Norton. Hope I can get some feedback from Avast soon because the blocking/virus warning is really damaging my business and brand reputation.
Yes, I see your screenshot, as it was in the link that you gave to labs.sucuri.net. But I usually look at other sites, for clarification.
Whilst it is a weekend there would be a reduced number in the virus labs team, I would have hoped that they could still respond in a day or so.
EDIT: I see you also have a reply in the English section of the forum - https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=323872.msg1705040#msg1705040
Thank you once again fo your time and help. Let´s hope that Avast virus team can give me some feedback tomorrow.
Just to give some feedback: Avast team already confirmed that it was a false positive and cleared the reputation on their database and therefore the site is not blacklisted anymore. Thank you for the help.
