Fell over “Avast U3 Edition”.
I sooo love the interface in that edition.
Is there any chance fore, that there could be
a similar GUI fore Avast Home.
Unfortunately, not at this moment… Let’s wait to see what avast 5 will look like… 
Well, there is already quiet few MacOS themed skins. Check them out.
They aren’t the same though, but similar.

These are full size skins I did in the past… some of them are Mac-styled skins… maytbe there is something you will like until Alwil surprises us with version 5… maybe skinless interface and something nice like BitDefender finally ? 
EDIT: Sorry, I’ve just noticed you already found a nice skin done by RejZoR. You see ? There is always something inside the avast! skins download section for everybody.
