Just started using it today for the sake of someone,
so wanted to ask what adds popups can be blocked on avast webshield “site blocking” about this one,
specialy that anoying popup everytime you start skype.
Setings recommendations are also welcome

True, sorry for mistyping popups with adds, as i blocked msn publicity with siteblocking

Honestly, a total waste of time using the avast site blocking feature for ads. Firstly you have to enter them manually one site/url string at a time, it really isn’t designed for this purpose.
You should use a tool better suited to the task, ads can be blocked in browsers, usually with the likes of AdBlockPlus for Firefox, etc. That is browser based, so you would need to action it on all browsers. The solution is more system based blocking, many firewalls also have ad blocking filters, I know mine has. You can also use the HOSTS file to block sites and or use a HOSTS file management software to automate that process.
