does avast! have a “clean my pc”. i have the pro anti virus. but my computer has REALLY slowed down on downloads and uploads. i need it “cleaned” so to speak.

No, Avast does not have a “clean my pc” module/option.
I suggest you download and install a “Free” copy of CCleaner and run a cleanup leaving all settings on default.
