Pc takes about 10min to load up.

also I had disabled sysguard(which I found out was some malware.)

Any other security software installed on your pc? (antivirus, firewall, antispyware,…)
or has there been any previously?

Already run a boot-time-scan with avast?

Have (or did) you another AV installed in this system, if so what was it and how did you get rid of it ?

If sysguard is some form of malware I would suggest you uninstall it rather than disable it and run these:

If you haven’t already got this software (freeware), download, install, update and run it and report the findings (it should product a log file).
