Windows 7 64 Bit HP late model PC

Malware Bites, Avast Free, Tune-Up Utilities, and PC TOOLS Internet Security. tried.

Full Scans, Intelliscans, Boot Time Scans, mentioned folders etc C:windows\system32\services.exe - c:\windows\installer.…\80000064.@ etc all tried.

Avast is giving me the “Win32:Malware-gen” ‘infection’ “Malware Block” popup regularly every 5-10 mins.

PC Tool Internet Security is giving me the Trojan.Gen and Hacktool.Rootkit quarantined “threat names” again, every 5-10 minutes.

tried every single thing I could think of with no such luck

This needs further analysis by a malware removal specialist:

Use the information about getting and using the tools and attach the logs here, not in the LOGS topic.

do you have avast and PC tools installed ?

never install more then one AV

That is a sirfef/zero access infection… As of today no AV is able to kill it completely

It does need manual removal
