wanna know what sort of data is being transmitted by your favorite android/iPhone/W7Phone apps? no problem:

1 download fiddler http://www.fiddler2.com/fiddler2/
2 install it on your PC/Laptop
3 go to your wifi connection settings (on your mobile device)
4 now in the proxy line, switched from auto/none to manual and add:

server: your Windows system internal IP 192.168.x.x
port: 8888

5 now launch Fiddler >>> tools/options/connection and check “allow remote computers to connect”

6 start to launch a few apps on your phone

7 have fun ;D
