Do you have all of the components installed ?
As you can see you’r screenshot look quite a bit different from mine.
The Network scan isn’t a component, WiFi Inspector is, that is displayed as Network Threats (in your image), but not in either of our images.
This whole area is a bloody mess, different names for what is essentially the same thing, Network Threats and WiFi Inspector. You run a Network Scan and if you happen to be using WiFi then it should scan those if not then it doesn’t scan them.
All of my systems are on WiFi.

I do not have Privacy or Performance related components installed, but do have WiFi Inspector. That works fine stand-alone.
