Smart Scan is not recorded in History with 2015 on my PC (nor is Home Network Security), but it is recorded on my laptop.
What do you mean with recorded?
If you mean logging, check the log settings.
On the PC, the History tile gives the list of scans but does not include the Smart Scans. On the Laptop, all is OK.
In the history you can only select the shields, not a scan type.
