Good evening,(am here) about a month ago I had a few questions regarding scans and as always this forum was quick to answer with helpful information for a senior moment on my part, I also asked why I was getting repeated prompts to purchase smart scan, I did run the scan,and at the end there were a few things I felt needed cleaned up/repaired,and it was on sale, for around $23.00 or maybe $19.99 not sure I didn’t write it down, I decided to make the purchase, at the end the price said $0 and my card would not be charged for 30 days, received this below.

I want to take a few minutes to explain how much I have enjoyed the free Avast product over the years,and even shared with friends who also like it, in the past the folks on this forum have been very helpful and always guided me through any problem or issue, please refer to the first post above, yesterday I was billed again $39.99, now the total billed is $98.00, I filled out a request form and no one has contacted me about this billing error, calling to talk to someone the recording is limited to on line only, I have contacted my credit card company and filed a claim for $59.00,and agreed to pay the $39.99
I signed up for, hope I haven’t offended anyone here, I’m guessing maybe this forum doesn’t deal with billing issues ?
