Smartphone isn't recognized by PC anymore probably becaus of avast

Hi!

since I installed avast mobile security and anti theft on my smartphone (galaxy note 2, Android 4.1.2) my PC doesn’t recognize it anymore. It says, the usb device wasn’t recognized correctly. Which settings in avast can cause that?

we do not know of any such issue. are you sure this is not caused by another setting?

sry for late response!
it works now again. I don’t know why exectly but I didn’t change anything in the avast settings which means it isn’t it fault : )
So sorry for claim, avast works just great!
