SMS Priority for Mobile Security

I have an app running that also uses the SMS priority list to intercept SMS messages and needed to be uninstalled because it was a higher priority than Avast. The developer is willing to change it, or provide a mod to their app but for starters it would be great if you could let me know what the priority number is that Avast is using.

Thanks for your reply, but - wouldn’t that make it bottom of the queue almost or is the higher the number the higher the priority?
