sms sent message suppressed when sending texts

Im loving the new android app, but have found a problem with theftaware suppressing the sent text operator message when sending a text (its a popup that displays the remaining balance, accompanied by a notification sound). I know the app has to hide this when its sending texts from a stolen device but is there a way to display these messages in normal use?

Sorry if i have missed something simple.

Device:zte Blade

The problem seems to have fixed itself after a few restarts of avast.
Fantastic app btw, best security suite iv used on Android by quite a margin.
