Removed the SMTP settings for awhile

Rebooted servers a few differnt times
.
I replaced the SMTP settings
I put in my singe address in the Alert : SMTP
.
Email came to BOTH of the original email addresses
.
There as to be some INI file or something that I can edit to stop this
.
this is the Current version available for the SERVER side of things
.
Other people must have had this problem.
