When I use the “seach web for” feature … Chrome always goes to snap.feed.do

i don’t have any of the other problems mentioned so I guess I don’t need to do the other scans??

  • hard drive infection and are no longer able to see your files/folders/start menu
  • internet connection problems or firewall problems, or have a sirfef (consrv.dll infection)
  • cannot Boot the computer

Hi it appears to be in Chrome only

Warning This fix is only relevant for this system and no other, using on another computer may cause problems

Be advised that when the fix commences it will shut down all running processes and you may lose the desktop and icons, they will return on reboot

Run OTL

i’ve now deleted the listing of snap.feed.do from the list of Search Engines/default search settings.

I’ve tested the “search google for” function … and it now works perfectly.
