Sneaky virus mail...

Hmmm… What’s the point including tags showing that a message is clean when they fake the tags as well :slight_smile:

Attachment: \details.txt .pif Virus: Win32:Netsky-P [Wrm] Moved to chest
Attachment: \letter43.zip Virus: Win32:Netsky-P [Wrm] Moved to chest

lovely, :slight_smile:

+++ Attachment: No Virus found
+++ Kaspersky AntiVirus - www.kaspersky.com

avast! antivirus (0416-3, 04/17/2004), Inbound message INFECTED:
\details.txt .pif (Win32:Netsky-P [Wrm]) Moved to chest, \letter43.zip (Win32:Netsky-P [Wrm]) Moved to chest

Of course, a simple few lines of text can be faked. If you considered it a big additional security, then it’s certainly not. Some users want to have them anyway, however… (so, that is the point ;D)
