SNLBar.dll = Win32:Vapsup-EB ???

Hello,
after the update today AVAST tells me that the SNLBar.dll is an “Win32:Vapsup-EB” is it true or is it maybe an false positve?
This file is in C:\Programme\SNLBar and it is 49.152 Bytes great. For the moment i dont do nothing so its still at his place cause im not sure.
On Virus Total this file matched 7 times = 21,88 %. So i ask here, can i delete the file or not?

i deinstall it. So, i dont know that i have installed it. Byebye SNLBar i dont know for what you are good. ;D
It was in Control Panel and there it was named SNLBar
