Hi Avast
Plz try to install free antivirus on a laptop with 1366x786.
The install window is so big , i can´t push the button (don´t istall crom).
So bad … only tested on hd or more.
Which version of Avast and could you post a screenshot?
The UI should auto fit the screen resolution since the release of v17.3.

That resolution is enough to show everything, unless you have set the screen to show over 100%.
The UI does, the problem the Installation setup window is even bigger (which the OP is talking about), something I have been banging on for ‘years’ no joking, its too damn big for smaller screens and low res (HD) screens (and can’t be resized). Most of which will have the screen display properties set at above 100% and that can throw the lower part off the screen.
Try this as a workaround. Right click on an empty part of the windows screen, select Display settings. If the size of text, pps and other items is greater than 100%, try dropping it back 10% or back to 100%.
That should bring the avast install windows within the screen, resize back to what it was when you are done.
