Germany drops its longest word: Rindfleischetikettierungsüberwachungsaufgabenübertragungsgesetz

It is so long that the last part of the word is obliterated by the advertisement.
Donnerwetter!
WHY OUR HEALTH CARE COSTS ARE SO HIGH!
Kevin had shingles…
Those of us who spend much time in a doctor’s office should appreciate this!
Doesn’t it seem more and more that physicians are running their practices
like an assembly line?
Here’s what happened to Kevin:
Kevin walked into a doctor’s office and the receptionist asked him what he had.
Kevin said: ‘Shingles.’ So she wrote down his name, address, medical insurance
number and told him to have a seat.
Fifteen minutes later a nurse’s aide came out and asked Kevin what he had…
Kevin said, ‘Shingles.’ So she wrote down his height, weight, a complete
medical history and told Kevin to wait in the examining room.
A half hour later a nurse came in and asked Kevin what he had. Kevin said,
‘Shingles…’ So the nurse gave Kevin a blood test, a blood pressure test,
an electrocardiogram, and told Kevin to take off all his clothes and wait
for the doctor.
An hour later the doctor came in and found Kevin sitting patiently in the
nude and asked Kevin what he had.
Kevin said, ‘Shingles.’ The doctor asked, ‘Where?’
Kevin said, ‘Outside on the truck. Where do you want me to unload 'em??’
I’m a bit slow on this topic. But just spotted this and I gotta say, I know exactly what you mean!! 8)
Mine was a 1987 FLHS. First year of that particular model and was just heaven on the highway.
Yah, miss it. :-[
Edit: Prices now in Canada are similar with around 30-35,000.00

Ya. One never knows what will happen on any given day when one gets out of bed. Funny. Maybe Avast! set that one free?
Got loose from the virus chest, no doubt.

God Crikey :o :o and I’ll bet these Taiwanese drivers can’t even unload reinforcing steel bars off the truck using the same idea, because the weight would be double load when trying to unload a bamboo quicker like a boss ;D ;D ;D

WorkSafe here in Australia would have a field day with that ;D quite ingenious though and saves money on time and labour for unloading

Speaking of worksafe this is one of the demo videos we used to show all the trainees, a very very skilled operator http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q1CMSV81_ws
It’s not funny as the topic title would suggest but amazing to watch
Yes it not funny when it comes to worksafe and I’ve seen so many crazy things on a construction site around the world where most countries don’t have work safety policy but amazing to watch :o :o
