SOA - Additional Licenses

Hello everyone!
I currently have an issue with the Small Office Administration Tool.

During its first installation, we bought 10 licenses of type “Avast Endpoint Protection” for our 10 workstations.
Recently, we added 4 additional workstations to our domain, therefore, I bought 5 more licenses of type “Avast Endopoint protection Suite”, in order also to protect our server.

Now, It seems that I cannot insert 2 licenses in the Small Office Adminitration Tool, and I can only get one at a time…
Is there a way to compine both licenses? Should I contact the customer service to do it so?

You cannot use a single console (ASOA/AEA) to manage two diferent products: Avast Endpoint Protection and Avast Endpoint Protection Suite.

The problem is the products, not the licenses.

A single console, a single license file, a single product.

Hi, first of all, thanks for your answer.

Understood… so in my case, what would be the option? Install another instance of ASOA? Is that possible?
Or can I ask, somehow, to merge the licenses?

Or do you think I can upgrade my first 10 licenses to “Avast Endpoint Protection Suite” ?
