SOA console holding on to expired license

Hi all,
I renewed my Avast SOA license a few weeks ago… it was slated to
expire on 3/1. The license installed fine on the SOA server, and all managed
clients show they are good and the license expires on 2/19/2014. however,
on the SOA console itself it still keeps giving me the license expiration pop-up
(now saying my license expires in -13 days). If I look at the subscription in
SOA console, it shows both the old and new licenses… the new one listed
first. I contacted my reseller (foresite) and they generated a new license,
but the server wouldn’t load it - saying it was corrupted. A 3rd try resulted
in the same results as the first - both licenses displaying and a constant
warning on the SOA console only. Everything is working fine… this is just
an annoyance, but I’d love to know how to get it to stop.

Any thoughts?

Avast support can create a new license file without the older entries. I have seen this happen mostly with the Enterprise Admin console and they have been able to fix the license file each time. Your reseller can have support do this or you can send your file to the support team through the support.avast.com portal

When there are more than 1 line item in a license, it is NOT going to function properly in either console. You need a license conversion.
