Software updater latency

Hello,

new flash player 24.0.0.221 is online since february 14 , but software updater always indicates that the old version (24.0.0.194) is up to date , even with reset database.

Ok, I can update differently , but what is the average update latency from SU ?

Otherwise , automatic update (for SU) is “OFF” and when I want to enable , I have the writing:

The online content is unavailable Please, check your internet connection and try again.

A repair didn't change it Is there any information about this or it's me? Thanks
