click on the Avast symbol…Select Setting…Click on “Silent mode/Gaming mode”… CHOOSE/Engage “Silent mode/Gaming mode” in the options menu…which means no popups at all will appear…[/b]
If this is still in relation to your last post http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=131664.0 your obviously getting the popups due to your browsing of infected sites and it’s highly probable that your system is also infected.
You might like to view the stickies in the viruses and worms forum and run the necessary tools to provide logs for a malware specialist to look over.
Also not that your previous attempt to silence popups by setting the duration to 0 means unlimited, try 1 as the lowest time period.
Not a good idea to shoot the messenger, but to investigate the source of the problem.
