This failure occurs because english language is not setted by default with other language
for example in french english language is not installed
to remedy this
go to configuration panel
program uninstall
right click avast entry
modify
check box english language
continue
exit from control panel
start avastui
now is start because 1033 dll is here (english one)
Yes but copy solution duplicate 1038 directory to 1033 which become pseudo english one
install english language beside other is better solution because 1033 directory is now all right
if i remember in 2014 release, which french language , english one was also installed
so the better is to modify 2015 installer which english language always checked beside other one

Reinstalled the cert like Lukor said, only to find out that the certificate is valid starting 12/30/2014. That’s the problem. If you turned off HTTPS scanning to solve the problem you will be able to turn it back on as of tomorrow.
