(solved) auto renewal but no subscriptions listed

Hello,

A few weeks ago my subscription to Avast Premium renewed on my laptop. I can see the subscription and its code on my laptop but when I logged in with both possible email I could have used to sign up, it shows that I have no subscriptions. I cannot even cancel my card used to renew this subscription. I was never sent an order ID so I cannot use the Avast contact. I just want to cancel this subscription, get a refund and remove my card details.
Please let me know what I should do in this case.
