disconnecting from within Avast! v7.0.1426 gui and reconnecting the account does not result in Avast! console page being updated

update: reinstalling Avast! v7.0.1426 from scratch i.e. using Avast! removal utility to uninstall then reinstall, re-registering through Avast! gui using same email.
Avast! acc console still does not detect my new install
is it a server side issue?
