[Solved]avast! Business Protection Plus Client (Version 6.0.1.3.4.5)

Dear Avast Software team,

We found an issues regarding to avast autosandbox configuration, when we turn off “AutoSandbox” feature and then after we re-open the autosandbox configuration again. It seem that our last configuration setting was not changed.

It’s means autosandbox still active even we already disable this feature.

Is that causes by bug on this version?

Probably a stupid question, but where did you disable the autosanbox? Was it from the console?

If you set to turn off from the client and on console is set to ON, the setting on client will be overwrite…

However, by default Avast administration console 1.1.131.7 has Autosandbox disabled by default…

Yes, indeed my mistaken. After i checked on the SBC console configs, there is a command configs on Expert Settings group.
