this screenshot tell you what Avast Driver Updater version.

Hi, same here (during beta testing), see: https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=239612.msg1567869#msg1567869
It would help to collect/submit your ADU logs: C:\Program Files\AVAST Software\Driver Updater\dulogcollector.exe

I’ve got an error message that won’t automatically send the DU log file, because, the zip file is around 9.0mb after I clicked onto the dulogcollector.exe and than pick collect + send logs

The support section will not send the zip file any greater than 5.0mb maximum.

Is there another way I could be able to send the DU log file to Avast?

You can upload it on Slack: https://avast-software.slack.com/archives/C3UBVRDUG/p1605427395282800

Thank you the DU log has been sent via slack

You’re welcome.

Dev-Info: Based on the log files we can’t really understand what is happening. Strangely enough an update is offered for a local (from Microsoft, not active) driver, but the updated version (from Intel) is already installed and active according to the logfile. We have blacklisted these PC Root Express drivers already for Windows 10. We will blacklist these drivers now also on Windows 7, 8, and 8.1. Tomorrow morning we won’t offer this update anymore.

Thank you also return reply via slack

No problem.
