(Solved) CCleaner uninstaller false positive

Hey every1. I have some issues with Avast some time ago. When I try to uninstall a program, game or similar Avast start to scan the archive of the uninstaller and he block it. The consequence is the uninstaller stop working. The archive in question is:

‘_iu14D2N.tmp’

Located in ‘C:\Users'myuser’\AppData\Local\Temp'

I add the archive to the whitelist of Avast but keep scanning and stopping him.
I don’t think is a malware because ‘_iu14D2N.tmp’ ever run when I uninstall something (also I scan it with virustotal and nothing found)
Otherwise I have been trying to deactivate Avast but he still scanning the archive (??).

I left a screenshot, I was trying to uninstall the game Bioshock Infinite and I could not:

The popup message from avast say > l analisis tarda unos 15 segundos (analysis takes about 15 seconds)

what happens after the 15 seconds ?

After been waiting 15 seconds I click on ‘Next’ and the uninstaller seems to be ‘uninstalling’ but he stops at 80% (avast block him) and when I go to the location of the game none of the files are deleted.

Looks like there is also crap from IObit installed.

Now that you mention it I was uninstalling through CCleaner and when I try to uninstall the game through Windows Avast didn’t scan it. So the problem is a component of CCleaner, also I gonna report to Avast. Thanks Eddy and Pondus for the tips.
