Realised after self-diagnostics that Avast online security is not showing web ratings due to OpenDNS blocking it. (Tried using Google DNS and it worked immediately)
Contacted their support and they stated that I should try adding the domain which Avast! online security requires to their VPN exception.
Additional info:
I know that theres an exclusion in webshield for the URL: http://api*.webrep.avast.com/*
Is this the Domain I have to add?
This is still not solved, could anyone give some advice?

Somehow, this has been solved without any changes to my DNS (OpenDNS).

avast webrep is using this domain: http://api.webrep.avast.com/
