I have several computers - some of them installed by email deployment, some of them pushed - that seem to not being able to communicate with the SBC. They are greyed out in the SBC, and the clients seem to be installed fine but unlicensed.
Is there any way to troubleshoot connection issues between client and server ?
can you see anything in the log files on the client?

you can ping others servers (the SBC server AND others)?
can you ping the client ?

Fixed by installing SBC SP1 !
4, [server/console] SBC server doesn’t listen to IP anymore but uses “network adapter” - fixed problem with SBC server changing IP address
