Hello reuven and welcome to the forum.
What kind of scan did you do?
- What is your OS, 32 or 64-bit?
- What version of Avast did you install? 5.0.677 is the lastest version.
- What product of Avast do you have? Free, Pro, AIS?
- Do you have anything in the Virus Chest?
- Is you machine acting strange?
When you can, please answer the above questions so that I can help you better. To get another opinion for malware:
Check your computer for malware with Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware (MBAM).
· Download free http://www.malwarebytes.org/ (the blue button) for an on-demand scanner.
· Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
· After install, click update so you have latest database before scanning.
· Under Settings:
o General: Automatically Save File After Scan Completes is checked off
o Scanner Settings: Check all boxes
o Updater: Download and install update if available is checked off
· Once the program has loaded, select “Perform FULL Scan”, then click Scan.
· The scan may take some time to finish, so please be patient.
· When the disinfection scan is complete, a log will appear in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Extra Note).
· Click the “remove selected” button to quarantine anything found. You will find the infection details under the Quarantine tab.
· The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
· Copy & Paste the entire report in your next reply.
Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.

The OP hasn’t responded since the first post but is still on the forum. Perhaps he/she is having problems with the machine or is searching.
Thank you all for your help.I rechecked with Malwarebytes with full scan, and this time found malwares.Trojan Fake All;Spyware Pass; Trojan Agent; Rogue SmartS; in more than one place. And deleted them. This also got rid of Rgsue. And for the moment have no problems. I should mention that previously to running the scan on Malwarebytes,I ran a scan with Avast, and it did not find them.
It’s nice to hear that you’re healed ![]()
Did you “delete” the malware or put them into quarantine? There is a difference and quarantine is the safest way to go…it’s like putting malware into the Avast Virus Chest where your machine cannot get it…it’s safe there.
If you have a 32-bit machine, I would suggest that you run an Avast Boot-time scan. Periodically update and run MBAM Quick scans again to make sure you are malware-free.
Now you need to figure out how you got infected. Is your OS and software up to date? Try scanning your machine with free Secunia Software Inspector http://secunia.com/vulnerability_scanning/personal/. If an update or patch is needed, this site gives you the vendor’s direct link making it easy to update. Also make sure your browser(s) are secure; perhaps using add-on’s (see my Signature) will help. Avoid using toolbars in browsers as these often lead to ad-ware. Surf safely and avoid risky sites. I do not know what you have for a firewall, but hopefully it is a 2-way FW for better security.
Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.
