Some files could not be scanned...threat?

Hi, I just finished a boot time scan and while the scan found no viruses, there were many that showed as “corrupt” during the boot scan or “could not be scanned”. I have attached screenshots of this. Please let me know if there is any threat as most of them are windows files. Thank you

No problems there, Avast could not scan the windows 10 prep files… Nothing to be concerned about
