Some files could not be scanned under Windows

I full scanned my pc and this 2 files showed up, I tried going into Windows to access them but I could not enter the folder even though I am the administrator.

I too have had this exsct problem. My computer was infected
Then ibscanned and cleaned it using avast then this popped up. Please advise
