Some files could not be scanned

Hi there,

a couple of days ago I scanned my computer and a message came up with ‘some files could not be scanned’ . Is this harmful or not?
When looking for a reason why it could not be scanned it said that this was a decompression bomb.
The file is something to do with my

AppData\local\AMD\CN\cimmanifest.exe|>$INSTTDIR\CIMManifest.xml

Could anybody help in telling me if its OK to leave or a way to solve this problem.
