Some managed clients are not detected

I deployed avast client to several computers. (I use the trial version of ADNM). Two of the computers are detected now as managed clients, but I have three that are not detected. The computers are listed on the computer catalog, but not in the dynamic group “Computers with Agent”
Also, I run update tasks on “Computers with Agent” and the task is in status “Waiting”. It should run immediately…

Anybody can put some light on this???

  1. What operating system is on the clients that do not communicate?
  2. Can you verify that the service “Avast NetAgent” is installed and running on the problemtic clients? (Control Panel → Administrative Tools → Services).
