some troubles since the last update.

Hello everyboy,

Since the last update, when I start a scan for a file, from the win explorer by right clicking, I get an error screen.

I have joined it in an attach to this message.

I have to say that this kind of scan has ALWAYS worked fine. Maybe, something was changed in my computer: like the last windows update and other stuffs out of my control. But, this Avast’s behavior appear since the last update of the PROGRAM (and not the update of the signatures file).

Could you say me how to fix this issue?

Try this:

Add-Remove Programs → avast! Antivirus → Repair

And make sure you’re connected to net when doing this. If it doesn’t help, let us know here and Alwil guys will take a look at it.

Unfortunatly nothing has changed!! :cry:

I have to say you that I have re-installed Avast before the last test.

Do you have an other idea?
