hello, I have recently had to put a new hard drive on my laptop and I had bought the avast internet security (3year) and I want to put the avast program on my new hard drive but I don’t have the program and or my license key… does anyone have any ideas?

I just tried to get my licence key with the link u showed me and they sent the e-mail and where the key should be… was… “N/A” I bought this order 18-MAR-2010 for the Product: 300340038 avast! Internet Security 5.0 (3 PCs, 2 years)
how come I can’t access that anymore?
The license will come attached to the email, check for attachment “license.avastlic”. Did you use the exact same email address that you used to purchase the product?
If not then use the exact email address.
“This page allows you to re-request your avast! license. Only valid licenses may be resent, and a license will only be sent to the e-mail address provided when it was purchased.”
If you did use the exact email address and received that reply then you will need to submit a ticket and explain what your situation is.
