This mail was sent because the 'forgot password' function has been applied to your account. To set a new password click the following link:
The e-mail has also the IP number from the user trying to look for my password. Where should i report this?

Well right here is good, I don’t know what they hoped to get by this as the email would as you see is sent to the user account email address (so it could have been accidental) and not one given if someone hoped to post using your account.
What domain name was the email from, just asking to confirm it wasn’t some form of phishing attempt to get you to click on a link that didn’t take you to the avast forums ?
