I got the virus after disconnected from internet… been 15 minutes …is that normal , or is some kind of problem in the avast program…?

I think he means, Avast! detected the virus 15 mins after he logged off the internet. This could be for several reasons, although I think it’s because after you logged off the internet, you ran the infected the file.
